Ex Political Prisoners in South Africa discriminated by ANC

Open Letter To Mr Zuma: By Kathy Mokgatle
Dear Mr Zuma,
I am writing today to let you know of my disappointment with the ANC. I am the wife of an ex political prisoner. His name is Zonga Mokgatle, he is one of the Upington fourteen, that were sentenced to death and put on death row by the previous government. My husand and I live apart because it is the only way we survive financially. We have no home and my husband earns an exremley low salary working for the local municipality. I received a phone call from him today. He needed money for a doctors appointment. Sixteen years after being released from the horrors of death row, he is still unable to afford a medical doctor’s consultation. He is sick at the moment, this recurring illness stems from his beatings and torture he recieved when he was arrested by the Apartheid  government. As he gets older, so his injuries give him more problems.
